Fulfillment Guidelines and Set-Up
TEAM Marketing is equipped to handle all of your company’s drop-shipping and fulfillment needs. We can customize your plan with different payment and shipping options. We provide you with weekly email blasts to keep you up-to-date on our inventory, and to inform you about all of our exciting new releases! We help guide you through the set-up process by providing you with all of the necessary artwork and synopses for all of our titles. We will create a packing slip with your company information and logo that can also include a personalized message for your customers. We pride ourselves on same day shipping and will provide you with tracking information for each day’s orders at the end of every business day.
To take advantage of our fulfillment program we ask that you fill out the Company Information Form. This form will ask you to choose the shipping option and payment type the works best for you, and will provide us with shipping, mailing, and contact information for your company.
We can ship United States Postal Service First Class for a flat rate charge of $4.95 per order (this includes shipping and handling). Or, if you choose to pay on a per order basis, we charge $1.50 per order (handling fee) plus the cost of the shipment. The average cost to ship one DVD is $1.99, but this cost will vary depending on the state we are shipping to. We also offer Priority mail and Express mail shipping, and can supply your company with cost information if needed.
We are happy to take credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard), or set you up with credit on Net30 terms. You will be billed monthly with a statement outlining that month’s orders. If you choose to do Credit Card payments, please fill out the Credit Card Form. If Net30 terms work better for your company, please fill out the Quick Credit Application. Please fax both the company information form and the credit sheet completed and signed to TEAM Marketing attention Dianna Botta at 270-685-0563.
Once we have received these forms from you, we will ship our Product Artwork Disc to your company. This disc contains all of the images, pricing, and synopses for all of TEAM Marketing’s titles, making it very easy for you to upload them to your site. We ask that you also provide us with your company logo and returns policy so they may be added to your customized packing slip. Please email those items to DiannaB@wwvw.com.
We offer two choices for order placement, FTP Drop which are dropped once a day at 8 a.m. or Invoice Option Attached. You can choose the one that works best for your company.
For FTP Drop we have provided the Customer Shipping Information Form (BSS 080508 shipinfo.txt) and the Item Sold Information Form (BSS 080508 items.txt). When filling these out know that the Order ID is the number that you issue as a reference for your customer, the “Gift Message” can handle up to 250 characters to personalize the shipping form, and the SKU ID is the TM number that we have assigned the product. These forms must be filled out with the appropriate information exactly as it is laid out in the example and their folders dropped once a day onto our FTP site. We pull up all orders to be processed at 8:00 a.m. CST. We then ship same day.

We also offer the Invoice Attached Option. For this you will simply fill out the generic invoice (Invoice Option.xls) and email it to tmorders@wwvw.com. This system works very well for anyone overwhelmed with the FTP Drop or for any orders that you may get before the fulfillment set-up process is complete. We want to be ready to ship when you are.
